Sommore attended Our Lady of the Divine Shepherd and The Pennington School. She graduated in 1985 from McCorristin Catholic High School. Sommore then joined Brown College where she studied Business Administration and earned her degree.
She then took on different jobs, including employment consulting, retail, and was also an algebra instructor. Later on, that’s when she decided to take up her comedy career.
